I wanted to wait until day three after picking up my vehicle to post a review. I drive a 2021 mercedes c300. Day 3, my car is running great with no alerts. I initially got a repair done for a coolant pipe with a previous mechanic. After that repair, my coolant temperature alert was coming on after ten minutes I drive the car everytime I drove it. The previous mechanic didn't seem to be a much of a help so I took it to Benz and Beamer chosen based on reviews. They diagnosed my car the same day I took it in. The findings of my car was a suprise, however, I am aware that those are recommendations for repair. I figure if the codes aren't populating, and it is recommended. Is it best to get everything done at once before more problems start to happen. The price was reasonable for all the work that was done. Staff and mechanic was very kind. A plus to all this is I have warranty for the services performed up 1 year which is great. Overall my experience was satisfaction.

I was in a real predicament with a broken down sprinter van, not in my own neighborhood on the road, needing service when I came across Benz & Beemer and I’m so grateful I did! They were honest with me even though the service costs had changed during the duration of it being in the shop. I understood that being in this line of work many yrs ago, I got it. I really appreciate how they handled the service on my sprinter. They worked with me the whole time and I was very happy with the finished job. I knew when I purchased my Mercedes I was getting into a vehicle that the service wouldn’t be cheap, but I had an amazing vehicle that would handle the road well and these guys Junior and Andrew made it a very positive experience. Thank you Benz & Beemer for everything!!!

I came in knowing there were issues with our car and was hesitant because I know repairs on a Mercedes can be costly. They were able to diagnose and repair the car by the next day. Their process is transparent. They included pictures of the items needing repair and detailed report. I then had the option of accepting or denying what I wanted done. Overall the customer service, repairs and pricing were all great! Will come back for all future repairs.
